The most useful thing you can send is a real quote. If you've priced a battery, refurbished or new, dealer or independent, tell us the model, year, pack, what you were quoted, and where. Reader quotes are how the cost data here stays honest and current, and they help the next person facing the same decision.
Spotted a figure that's out of date or a path we missed? Flag it and we'll check it against the source and fix it. Want a model we don't cover yet? Let us know which one. We prioritize by what people actually drive and ask about.
One thing we can't do is diagnose your car from an email. Whether your pack is genuinely dead or you're looking at a $200 sensor wearing a scary warning light is a question for someone with the car on a lift and a scan tool in hand. What we can tell you is what the fix should cost once you know, and whether it's worth doing.
We don't take payment to add a shop, remove a bad review, or change a verdict. If that's the email you were going to send, save yourself the trouble.
